We smoke our meats with seasoned oak, use house rubs, add moisture through out the cooking process by using fruit, and whiskey. If using a credit card - 3.5% fee will be added. There is no fee for cash payments. Weekend orders need to be confirmed by Thursday at 4pm. Prices are subject to change.
