We smoke our meats with seasoned oak, use house rubs, add moisture through out the cooking process by using fruit, and whiskey. 1. if using a credit card - 3.5% fee will be added. There is no fee for cash payments 2. weekend orders need to be confirmed by thursday at 4pm 3. prices are subject to change.
