Smoked & House Cured Meats
Our house cured, smoked meats are cooked low and slow. We support local meat packers and tree guys. We smoke our meats with seasoned oak, use house rubs, add moisture through out the cooking process by using fruit, and whiskey.
If using a credit card, 3.5% fee will be added. There is no fee for cash payments. Weekend orders need to be confirmed by Thursday at 4pm. Prices are subject to change.
